MEDICAL BED FOR OPHTHALMOLOGIST

This is a medical bed which is multifunction. It is used for Ultrasound Guidance (USG) check up within an ophthalmology clinic.

PROBLEM
As my client needed storage for medical equipment as well, I decided to design the bed in which the ophthalmologists may keep the tools. The problem was simple: I had to design a bed as well as storage and made sure that the doctor may interact to the patient easily while operating the USG computer.
PROBLEM SOLVING
I divided the furniture into two parts: Bed-Storage and Computer Table. Using room's corner, it was possible to make 'L' shape.

Following is the dimension of the furniture.

COLOUR
As this furniture is medical equipment, I was supposed to apply neutral colours since neutral colours indicate clear and clean.  However, I reckoned that neutral colour for medical space such as hospital and clinic is boring. Neutral colour is scary too. That was why I chose wood pattern instead of neutral colour.

Following is the final result image with the light on and off

MULTIFUNCTION TV PANEL

Initially, my client needed table for her laptop which also might be used as storage for books and make up stuff such as: hair dryer, lipsticks, etc, with a mirror on it!

As this furniture would be placed in front of bed, the function was getting added: A plasma TV should be there. That means this stuff should work as TV panel too.

The need was getting extended when I got into the bedroom. I found out that the wall is about 240 cm length and there was a door (to the bathroom) seen from the bed. That was why I started thinking to extend the length of the furniture. I would not only put this furniture against the wall, more than it, the idea of making it as a partition was coming to my head.
As you can see at image above, the darker grey is the closer wall. The function was getting more added because there was a door connecting to bathroom behind this partition, which means the back side of the furniture should be functioned as something having to do with bathroom activity. I decided to create another storage.

This furniture is made of plywood covered by MDF and Deco Sheet. I chose the wood-timber pattern to make the room looks warmer. Following pictures are the final design.

Oooops....it is me in the mirror. You may see me obviously on picture below.

CLEAN AND SIMPLE OFFICE

Client: Kapolres Sumbawa
Location: Sumbawa, NTB

Interior Designer: Panglima Erlangga

This an office of the Head of Sumbawa Police Department (Kapolres Sumbawa).
The main concept is clean and simple. In the beginning, I arranged the layout according to activity of the user. The user requires a space containing lounge, desk and archive bank.

In order to enhance the elegant-looking and luxurious, wood panel has been applied surrounding the whole room, as depicted by the illustration below.
The color composition was chosen to brighten the space with combination of earth colors. The orange of the carpet has been an accent that is able to catch eyes.

ELMA'S HOUSE

This house is a modern house located in the center of Mataram city. The owner is a young doctor who is going to get married soon.
This is a house that comprises three bedrooms. The company I work in has been ordered to design the whole interior except bathrooms and one bedroom.

Layout Design
I divided room into several areas including: Living Room for guests, Family room (TV Room), Dinning Area and Bedrooms.

Living Room
The main concept is Contemporary Style. I would like to input classical sense into the living room without leaving the minimalism impression. Sometimes less is getting bored, isn't it?

Family Room
This is a place where the family could mingle up. I designed TV panel which has multifunction. The idea is about efficiency. I was getting concerned about how to create a space for family to link up together, enjoying the TV show especially on Sunday.

Master Bedroom
I applied the minimalism style into this bedroom. Wood texture has been played around. This combination of wood-textures coming from HPL (High Pressure Laminated) has emitted "simple but sweet" looking.

DIAN'S HOUSE

Client: Dr Dian
Location: Mataram, NTB, Lombok
Interior Contractor: WK Interior

During this project, I designed dinning area, kid's room and master bedroom.

Dinning Area
The dinning area comprises kitchen and dinning table. Let me elaborate the concept: I attempted to create so fancy dinning area that is supposed to be suitable for public commercial space, rather than in a house.

As you can see on picture above, there is wall covered with red wallpaper with book shelves installed on it. The room behind that wall is living room. There is split level between living room and dinning area so people in living room is able to view the whole area behind the wall.

Kid's Room
Red, green and white have sent us to Italy. The thing is that it's not only Italy flag comprising those colors. Mexico has them too.

Master Bedroom
The concept is modern classic. The way I apply the concept is to input ornaments into modern-minimalism interior style.

VESPA

I used Autodesk Maya for modelling then Mental Ray for rendering out this vespa.

CHARELLE ON CARTOON

Using Adobe Photoshop CS5, I attempted to create a cartoon object which was a distorted one.

As you can see, Charelle is frowning. Her eye is bigger than normal.
